You become stronger for ten turns
when you collect a power-up. This allows you to push multiple things at once. You are also protected from any
of the monsters when you collect a power up, and bumping in to them will have good results.
You can collect a power-up while you are still strong from another power-up. This
simply adds another 10 steps of strength to however many you still have from the previous power-up(s).
